My coaching approach derives heavily from bodybuilding. Through bodybuilding, I have learned not just how the body works, but how your mind impacts your physical capabilities.

The mind wants to take shortcuts to make the job easier. Unfortunately, easier doesn't challenge the body to force muscular growth. I can teach you how to train your body better, get stronger or become your fastest.


My training style focuses on precision tailored to your body, to avoid injury. I have the understanding that everyone's body is different and might need personalised technique adjustments to achieve the right outcome. Avoiding injury is key to continuing with your progress so we can reach your goal.
